Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal in relation to an Empowerly Membership, you can submit your request using the form below.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your Empowerly Monthly Membership within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded. You can withdraw using the form below or by sending an unequivocal statement to fit@empowerly.nl.
Submitting this form records the date and time on which Empowerly receives your withdrawal request.
If you validly withdraw within the 14-day withdrawal period, your membership agreement ends and we refund all payments received under the agreement during that period in full, even if you have already used the membership. No deductions are made for use during the withdrawal period. We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
This form is separate from cancelling future subscription renewals.
